Winter Blues

Around this time of year, I start wishing I could fast-forward through the rest of winter. I’m tired of looking at my winter coat, my winter boots, and the dirty snow. I’m daydreaming of summer and wishing it would come faster. I spend my free time browsing the internet for summery dresses and bathing suits because I’m just so ready for the sun. And I’d be willing to bet I’m not the only Winnipegger who feels this way.

I also spend a lot of time browsing my old photos to try to remember what life was like when it was warmer. Here are some photos of M and Me enjoying summer.

I think we like the warming huts at The Forks even more when it’s warm out.
